Comprehensive Water Damage Investigation Services

Clean Air Plus investigates hidden water damage, leaks, moisture, crawlspace issues, roof leaks, and mold risk using thermal imaging and moisture meters. We know that finding the exact source of water intrusion is critical to protecting your property and indoor air quality. Whether you are dealing with a sudden burst pipe or a slow, hidden leak, our specialists are equipped to determine the source of the damage and the possible extent of the area affected.

Our Investigation Focus Areas

Water damage isn't always as obvious as a flooded basement. Often, it hides behind walls, under floors, or above ceilings. We utilize advanced technology and extensive experience to locate the root cause of your moisture issues.

Mold Risk from Water Intrusion

Unresolved moisture frequently leads to mold growth. If our Water damage investigation uncovers fungal issues, we provide complete, specialized solutions:

01

Air and surface sampling to pinpoint the presence and type of mold spores.

02

Safe, professional remediation to eliminate mold colonies.

03

Detection of toxic byproducts released by dangerous mold strains.

04

Meet our highly trained mold detection dog, who finds hidden sources human inspectors might miss!

Structural and Contents Considerations

Water damage restoration often requires working safely around your home's contents. We carefully manage "contents manipulation" for furniture, electronics, and books affected by moisture. Items may require specialized drying, sanitization, and deodorization. If items are unsalvageable or cost-prohibitive to save, they are safely discarded.

  • What is your 30 Minute Air Test?

Our expert will arrive on-site to test the air in your home or business with the goal of discovering potential quality issues, and suggesting a plan to prevent air quality from having a direct impact on your health.

Using state-of-the-art equipment we will test for both common and uncommon pollutants by measuring contaminant levels of Biological, Chemical & Combustible pollutants

    • Biological pollutants such as mold, bacteria, dander, pollen, and dust mites. Biological pollutants can cause allergic reactions such as hypersensitivity pneumonitis, allergic rhinitis, and some types of asthma.
    • Chemical pollutants that include volatile organic compounds like formaldehyde, lead and radon.
    • Combustion pollutants like carbon monoxide and tobacco smoke  (incidentally, most chemical pollutants result from combustion)

  • Why is it important to test air quality?

Our air quality test shows exactly what your family is breathing. We winterize our homes for colder months, open all the windows and turn AC’s on in the warmer months! However, we don’t stop to think about everything building up in our house or what we allow in when we open the doors and windows to the let in outside air! With tighter homes, harmful gases, chemicals, allergens and other pollutants can quickly build up and reach unsafe, hazardous and even fatal levels.
