WHAT ARE MYCOTOXINS?

Mycotoxins aren't just a scientific term—they are the Mycotoxin Menace, toxic and dangerous compounds produced by certain types of mold. When specific conditions allow, this threat is released into your indoor environment, lurking on contaminated materials, in settled dust, or in areas plagued by prolonged moisture and mold growth. Exposure to the Mycotoxin Menace severely impacts indoor air quality and can cause significant irritation and health-related concerns for sensitive individuals. Don't let this toxic hazard take over. Professional testing and inspection can help identify and eliminate potential mold contamination, supporting a safer, healthier indoor environment.

Limitations

Inspection and testing results are limited to the areas evaluated at the time of the assessment. Hidden mold, moisture intrusion, or inaccessible areas may not always be detected, and environmental conditions can affect findings and laboratory results.

Testing Recommendations

Testing recommendations are based on property conditions, visible moisture or mold concerns, and indoor air quality findings. Recommended services may include air, surface, dust, moisture, or ERMI/PCR DNA testing to help identify hidden contamination and assess the indoor environment.

Inspection Pairing

Inspection pairing combines visual assessments with targeted testing methods to provide a more complete evaluation of mold, moisture, and indoor air quality concerns. Services such as air sampling, surface testing, moisture mapping, and thermal imaging help identify hidden issues and support more accurate findings.

Using state-of-the-art equipment we will test for both common and uncommon pollutants by measuring contaminant levels of Biological, Chemical & Combustible pollutants

    • Biological pollutants such as mold, bacteria, dander, pollen, and dust mites. Biological pollutants can cause allergic reactions such as hypersensitivity pneumonitis, allergic rhinitis, and some types of asthma.
    • Chemical pollutants that include volatile organic compounds like formaldehyde, lead and radon.
    • Combustion pollutants like carbon monoxide and tobacco smoke  (incidentally, most chemical pollutants result from combustion)

Our 30 minute air test service has six sensors that measure: Dust Particles, Chemical Pollutants, Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Temperature and Relative Humidity. You’ll get a full report that highlights any possible areas of concern. Do you go to the doctor for a complete physical? This is a physical for your home or business!

  • Why is it important to test air quality?

Our air quality test shows exactly what your family is breathing. We winterize our homes for colder months, open all the windows and turn AC’s on in the warmer months! However, we don’t stop to think about everything building up in our house or what we allow in when we open the doors and windows to the let in outside air! With tighter homes, harmful gases, chemicals, allergens and other pollutants can quickly build up and reach unsafe, hazardous and even fatal levels.
