SIGNS MOLD TESTING IS NEEDED

Mold growth is not always visible, and many indoor air quality issues can go unnoticed until they begin affecting your property or health. Professional mold testing can help identify hidden contamination, moisture-related issues, and overall air quality concerns.

Signs that mold testing may be needed include:

MOISTURE MAPPING

Our moisture mapping services help identify hidden moisture intrusion within walls, ceilings, flooring, and other building materials that may contribute to mold growth. Using specialized moisture detection equipment, we locate affected areas, trace potential sources of water intrusion, and create a detailed assessment to support accurate remediation and prevention efforts.

  • Why is it important to test air quality?

Our air quality test shows exactly what your family is breathing. We winterize our homes for colder months, open all the windows and turn AC’s on in the warmer months! However, we don’t stop to think about everything building up in our house or what we allow in when we open the doors and windows to the let in outside air! With tighter homes, harmful gases, chemicals, allergens and other pollutants can quickly build up and reach unsafe, hazardous and even fatal levels.
