30-Minute Air Test

Mold Inspection and Testing

Our inspections may include thermal imaging, moisture-meter readings, humidity measurements, moisture mapping, wall-cavity investigation, mold sampling, and laboratory testing.

Water-Damage Restoration
Typical Referral Reward: $150-$500+
Suggested examples:
- Smaller water-damage project: approximately $150
- Medium water-damage project: approximately $250–$300
- Project around $5,000: approximately $400–$500
- Larger water-loss project: $500 or more may be available

REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS
- Referral rewards are generally paid after the referred service has been completed and the customer’s invoice has been collected.

- Only one referral partner may receive credit for each customer or project unless another arrangement is approved by Clean Air Plus.
- Referral partners are not employees, inspectors, contractors, or representatives of Clean Air Plus. Partners should not diagnose environmental conditions, guarantee results, provide medical advice, or quote Clean Air Plus pricing.
- Clean Air Plus reserves the right to verify referral eligibility and modify referral rewards or program terms when necessary.
